What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. iKumeed uses them only to run the platform securely — to keep you signed in, protect your account, and remember your cookie choice.

We don't use tracking cookies

iKumeed does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.

Strictly necessary cookies (set by iKumeed)

These are required for the website to work and cannot be switched off.

  • userAccessToken, userRefreshToken — keep you signed in to your account. The access token lasts up to 1 day; the refresh token up to 30 days.
  • partnerAccessToken, partnerRefreshToken — keep hospital and corporate partners signed in to the partner portal.
  • adminAccessToken, adminRefreshToken — keep iKumeed administrators signed in to the admin panel.
  • userAvatar — shows your profile picture in the site header while you are signed in.
  • oauthGoogleState, oauthGoogleNonce, oauthGoogleCodeVerifier — protect “Sign in with Google” against forgery. They last 10 minutes and are removed after sign-in.
  • cookie_choice — remembers whether you accepted or rejected cookies for your current visit. It is deleted when you close your browser, so we ask again on your next visit.

Third-party cookies

  • Google reCAPTCHA — protects sign-in, registration and the site from bots and abuse. Google may set its own cookies for this security check. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Sign-In — only if you choose to sign in with your Google account.
  • Razorpay — only on payment pages, to process payments securely.

Your choices

On each new visit, you can Accept or Reject cookies in the banner at the bottom of the page, and you can reopen it any time from “Cookie Settings” in the footer. Because we only use cookies that are needed for the site to work, choosing Reject does not turn on any extra cookies — only the strictly necessary ones above are used.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookies, you won't be able to log in.
